The top image is a pairing for my final assignment in a photoshop class. I had two different people look at the image on the left and tell me it reminded them of the old film Metropolis. Funny thing is, I concepted both the skyline and face before ever having heard of this film. I looked it up and decided to use it as a sort of post-hoc inspiration. MONSTER THANKS to Anna Rose Frena for doing an amazing job with the makeup and Rachel Rust for being a more than worthy last-second back-up model. This looks looks pretty much exactly how I saw it in my head, and to finally achieve an image how I initially conceived...exciting stuff.
